Mr. Christopher Mussallem, Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary
Christopher Mussallem is our Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary and has served in that capacity since November 26, 2014. From January 2014 to August 2015, Mr. Mussallem was a full-time MBA student at Pepperdine University. From October 2012 to December 2013, Mr. Mussallem was an independent consultant to a variety of professional athletes for endorsement deals with various consumer product companies. From February 2012 to September 2012, Mr. Mussallem was Basketball Account Manager for Athletes Performance, where he was responsible for bring NBA players and pre-draft NBA players for workouts and training. From January 2011 to January 2012, Mr. Mussallem was Major Account Executive at Kelly Services where he responsible for IT placement and recruitment on behalf of Fortune 500 companies such as Thelen Reid & Priest, Sketchers, Honda, Toyota and Herbalife. In this capacity, Mr. Mussallem assisted these organizations with best practices to identify top candidates for placement with them utilizing social media platforms to attract candidates. Mr. Mussallem organized hiring events at colleges, created job postings, created temp to hire opportunities for clients to work with job candidates prior to determining whether they would be hired. Mr. Mussallem also worked on candidate tracking systems to create an efficient method to organize large scale hiring of candidates. From January 2010 to December 2010, Mr. Mussallem was a Major Account Executive at Careerbuilder.com where he oversaw accounts for AEG, Molina Healthcare, Western Asset, Hulu, Oakley, where he was responsible for recruiting on behalf for the IT departments.
Mr. Mussallem attended the University of Oregon and received an MBA from Pepperdine University in August 2015.
Mr. André Brown, Vice President, Director
André Brown is a Director and has served in this capacity since November 26, 2014. From December 2012 to the present, Mr. Brown is a Managing Director at Lucid Global Partners, LLC, an asset development and advisory firm that provides consulting services to high net worth individuals and corporations in the United States that are seeking to acquire real estate for development as well as entertainment, consumer retail and technological assets. Mr. Brown also provides capital market financing and strategic planning solutions to his clients. From December 2007 to the present, Mr. Brown is also a Managing Director at B.A.Y. Capital Holdings, LLC, a consulting firm in the real estate industry. In his capacity as Managing Director, Mr. Brown consults with high net worth clients looking to acquire distressed assets and commercial real estate in the United States. Recently Mr. Brown helped advise and assist in the capital raise of a highly popular fast casual dining concept called Poke in downtown Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The company was the first brand to start in the Las Vegas area and now are opening its third location in October. Through the strategic relationship Corporate Coaches has assisted in the hiring process for the startup as well.
Mr. Brown received a basketball scholarship to the University of San Francisco, he then transferred to California State University, Dominguez Hills. Mr. Brown received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2004.
